I've spent my entire career on the public side of IT, serving K-12 public education and government agencies, the whole stack, from infrastructure to the people running it. I got here tearing apart computers as a kid, and twenty-five years later I still enjoy the work: automating what used to be manual, writing the odd database to solve a real problem, and mentoring the next generation of technical leaders.
