I am a goal-driven and performance-focused professional, offering broad-based experience in the information technology domain. My strong technical acumen coupled with solid leadership skills has aided in the successful accomplishment of numerous key technical projects. These also helped in ensuring on-time, high-quality, and budget-compliant completion of deliverables.
Further, I have led and trained top-performing professionals in providing technical support and services, focused on driving prompt issue resolution and client satisfaction. I am also known for adeptness in simplifying work processes through utilization of cutting-edge tools and automation of processes. My ability to collaborate with other professionals has paved the way toward the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
I have been employed in the information technology field for 20 years. I started at a young age tearing apart computers and messing with various operating systems. I’m currently the Executive Director for an entity that assists school districts with several services (one of which is technology). I work daily with a great team of people to be “the IT department” for 9 of those school districts and 6 government agencies. I also provide consulting services to a few companies and churches within my area. When I’m not doing any of that, I enjoy writing databases to solve problems, photography, and drones. Lastly, I’m very passionate about leadership and mentoring and the development of those qualities in others. That is the favorite part of my day job.
